How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services as soon as possible to secure your preffered moving date, we understand dates can change due to legal obligations or rental agreements, we will work with you to ensure these changes can be accommodated. 

What about insurance?

We are fully covered for every move, with the correct hire and reward insurance which is needed to carry goods and items in vans and lorries, also goods in transit insurance to cover any damages. We are currently very proud to enjoy nine years with no claims, but it is there for your peace of mind and ours.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we offer a wide range of packing materials to ensure your belongings are protected during the move. These can be delivered to you for self packing if you prefer, or our team can come and part pack or fully pack up for you. Please contact our team to discuss the best options for your move.

Can you help with moving fragile items?

Yes, our team are trained to handle fragile items with care and precision to ensure they arrive safely at your new home. Boxes are packed to a very high standard, and fragile items are wrapped for your peace of mind. Call us to discuss your upcoming move.

What about date changes?
